25 March 2024

Yesterday at Duck Hole it was brilliantly sunny and *chilly.* Although the temperature was 27°F the sunshine wind made it really feel like 17°F. Brrrr!

Charity Kheshgi and I scouted on Thursday and located a pied-billed grebe close to shore who was nonetheless current in the identical zone on Sunday. Alas, the seven horned grebes we noticed on Thursday have been lengthy gone.

Regardless of the chilly and (shall I say “stabbing”?) daylight we had fun and noticed 32 species. Our guidelines is right here https://ebird.org/guidelines/S165818025 and printed beneath.
